Politics and students sounds like an oxymoron doesn’t it. Well in correct measure, this combination can work wonders. Politics is like a double-edged sword-it can either complement the talents of a student or drag him down the well of political extremists.

There are many ways politics can help out a least of which is selecting which 'leader' gets to run our country to the ground. It can be one of the most essential features in someone’s life. It teaches us to stay on our feet, think smartly and to tackle unorthodox situation with ease. It can be useful to people in most spheres of their lives; from the office workers to the daily wage earners. For example politics can be a useful tool in the belt of an office worker it can help him travel the vast mazes of corporate life by helping him to make tactful and shrewd decisions, reacting quickly in high pressure meetings and it also helps in damage control when something goes wrong. Coming to the 'leaders' of our nation, developing a student’s political perspective on things can help in selecting leaders who can take the country to new heights and we don’t have to go into economic recession
